BREGO BINS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to dumpster rentals, demolition, lot clearing, excavation, debris removal, and other services provided by Brego Bins (“Company”). By ordering, accepting delivery, or authorizing work, the customer agrees to the following terms.

1. DUMPSTER RENTAL PERIOD & EXTENSION FEES

The standard dumpster rental period is 7 calendar days.

After the initial 7-day rental period, an extension fee of $25 per additional day will be charged until the dumpster is scheduled for pickup.

The customer is responsible for requesting pickup when the dumpster is ready. Availability for extensions is not guaranteed.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Standard dumpster rental price is $350, unless otherwise stated on the customer’s estimate or invoice.

Dumpster rental payment is due upon delivery/drop-off.

Any invoice not paid within 14 days of its due date may be subject to a 15% late charge, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For demolition and lot-clearing projects, a 25% deposit is due prior to commencement of work, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Additional charges resulting from excess weight, prohibited materials, extended rental periods, failed pickup attempts, additional hauling, disposal fees, or other customer-requested services may be charged separately.

3. LOADING & WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS

For heavy materials, including but not limited to:

  • Dirt

  • Concrete

  • Brick

  • Rock

  • Stone

  • Gravel

  • Similar dense materials

The dumpster may not be filled more than 3/4 full.

All other materials must remain at or below the top rail of the dumpster. Nothing may extend above or hang over the sides of the dumpster.

Brego Bins reserves the right to refuse pickup or transportation of any dumpster that is overloaded, overweight, unsafe to transport, or improperly loaded.

The customer will be responsible for removing excess material before pickup and may be charged additional trip, labor, disposal, or delay fees.

4. PROHIBITED MATERIALS

The following materials are prohibited unless Brego Bins specifically approves them in writing:

  • Hazardous or toxic waste

  • Chemicals

  • Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials

  • Tires

  • Paint

  • Fuel, gasoline, or diesel

  • Oil and petroleum products

  • Batteries

  • Medical waste

  • Explosives or flammable materials

  • Any material prohibited from disposal by applicable federal, state, county, municipal, landfill, or transfer-station regulations

The customer is responsible for all costs, fines, cleanup expenses, disposal fees, penalties, and damages resulting from prohibited materials placed in the dumpster.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY & SITE ACCESS

The customer is responsible for:

  • Obtaining any permits required for the requested work or dumpster placement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Providing safe and adequate access to the property.

  • Ensuring there is sufficient space for delivery, servicing, and pickup.

  • Identifying and protecting underground and overhead utilities.

  • Providing accurate information regarding septic systems, irrigation systems, drainage systems, underground tanks, utility lines, private wiring, and other concealed improvements.

  • Ensuring the placement area can safely support the dumpster and delivery vehicle.

The customer must ensure that Brego Bins has unobstructed access to the dumpster on the scheduled pickup date.

Additional charges may apply if Brego Bins cannot deliver, service, or retrieve equipment because of blocked access, locked gates, vehicles, unsafe conditions, overloaded dumpsters, or other conditions outside Brego Bins’ control.

6. PROPERTY DAMAGE

Dumpsters and heavy equipment can cause damage to driveways, concrete, asphalt, pavers, lawns, landscaping, curbs, sidewalks, irrigation systems, septic systems, underground utilities, and other surfaces or improvements.

The customer assumes the risk associated with placing dumpsters, trucks, trailers, excavators, skid steers, or other heavy equipment in areas designated or approved by the customer.

Brego Bins will exercise reasonable care but will not be responsible for cracking, sinking, rutting, scratching, staining, or other damage resulting from the weight or normal operation of dumpsters, trucks, trailers, or equipment, except to the extent caused by Brego Bins’ negligence or willful misconduct.

Customer is responsible for any major damages to dumpster, damages will be assessed by owner of Brego Bins.

7. DEMOLITION, EXCAVATION & LOT-CLEARING CONDITIONS

For demolition, excavation, and lot-clearing services, the customer is responsible for accurately identifying property boundaries and notifying Brego Bins of known underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation systems, drainage structures, tanks, wiring, pipes, or other concealed conditions.

Unknown or concealed site conditions may result in additional charges or changes to the scope of work.

Work outside the original agreed scope must be approved by the customer and may result in additional charges.

8. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled initial delivery or start of service.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or service may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Once a dumpster has been dispatched or delivered, delivery, transportation, and other incurred charges are non-refundable.

For demolition, excavation, or lot-clearing projects, deposits may be applied toward mobilization, scheduling, permitting, materials, labor, equipment, or other costs already incurred by Brego Bins.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by Florida law, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Brego Bins and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, fines, penalties, or expenses arising from the customer’s misuse of equipment, prohibited materials, inaccurate site information, failure to obtain required permits, or violation of these Terms & Conditions, except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Brego Bins.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brego Bins will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services provided under this agreement.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive liability that cannot legally be waived under Florida law.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By signing an estimate, invoice, rental agreement, work authorization, or other service document—or by accepting delivery of a dumpster or commencement of services—the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
